Ordering Procedure

Ordering from Marketing Alchemy is really simple, below are the steps to place an order and what to expect once the process has begun.

How To Place An Order

1. Complete the Design Brief

Download our Briefing Form this contains set of simple questions to help us learn it bit more about your organisation or product. Please complete this as fully and accurately as possible.

2. Fill Out the Order Form

Download our Order Form choosing the product you wish to order. Remember if you have more than one element or project, then the whole order qualifies for our Multi Project Discount.

3. Send Your Logo and Images

Send us your Company Logo and any images you wish to use on disk. Please see our Image Supply Guidelines for details of file specifications. If you require the logo developing see our Corporate Identity or Logo Surgery packages.

4. Send Your Text

Send your Brochure Text. Our prices include structuring and editing of basic text. However if you wish us to write this we will require as much background info as possible, this will be an extra £295 plus VAT.

5. Additional Support Material

Please send us any examples where possible of competitor marketing or any marketing that you find attractive and/or effective to help us find an individual approach/voice for your project.

6. Project Deposit

We will send a ProForma Invoice for the deposit which is required prior to commencement.

How A Project Is Produced

1. Initial Concepts

We will send 3-5 concepts (dependent on project) for your consideration.

2. Refinement Stage

You then select a chosen design (or elements from each if desired) for us to refine further.

3. Client Corrections

We will then submit amended artwork for authors corrections.

4. Final Proofs

You will then receive a final calibrated colour proof for signoff or if a website a test site to view.

5. Delivery Of Project

Upon receipt of final balance you will receive final printed materials or the live website.
