MARKETING ALCHEMY offer you great value design and print packages and our order process is simple. However for those of you that wonder how we do it, here are answers to the most popular questions.

How Do You Keep Your Package Prices So Low?

By cutting out unnecessary overheads and streamlining the process.

Most of our clients give feedback on projects via e-mail or telephone. So we decided to cut out client meetings and all the wasted time and money in travelling back and forth to client’s premises. In order to gain an insight into your needs we have produced a Briefing Form to get a heads up on your organisation.

We have also pre-priced many projects to save estimating time.

Do Your Prices Include VAT?

All prices are shown excluding VAT, however many products are zero rated. Those typically VAT free are brochures, catalogues and folders. However if you have some time on your hands have a look at the following document that explains the vagaries of VAT Rules applied to printed materials.

Is The Quality Of The Materials Produced Any Good?

We have only selected paper stocks and finishes we would use ourselves, we have avoided thinner paper and other low cost techniques such as folders you have to assemble yourself.

Do You Use Stock Artwork Templates?

No all projects are designed from scratch to fit individual client needs.

Do You Outsource The Artwork And Design Overseas?

No all projects are handled by our own staff, who you will always have direct access to.

Your Prices Seem High, I Have Seen Cheaper Printers?

Remember our prices include concepts, design, artwork, printing and delivery. We are not printers who offer free artwork, we are a fully comprehensive design, print and fulfilment operation.

Are There Any Package Deals Available?

Yes if you order more than one product, we offer a 10% Multi Project Discount off everything in your order, this can saves £££'s in some circumstances.

Do I Have To Supply Images Or Pay Extra For Them?

No unless you have specific product images or industry specific needs. Prices include FREE use of imagery from our Royalty Free Library covering many genres and subjects. If you require some custom product imagery our sister company ProCreative can offer great value shots from just £39 plus VAT per shot.

If you wish to supply your own images, please check out our Image Specifications for supplying them.

Can You Write My Text For Me?

All packages include structuring and editing of your text even if it is a bit rough. However if you want something written from scratch we can do this for £295 plus VAT.

Can I See Any Examples Of Your Work?

All the images shown next to products are of actual projects completed, however if you wish to see a printed sample of anything, please Contact Us and tell us what you want to see a sample of.
